Kate Yoga classes are a rich tapestry of her 20yrs of experience as a teacher. Combining many styles including Yoga Chi Gung, restorative & gentle vinyasa styles, with 5 Element Theory.
These classes are an opportunity to unwind and recharge learning simple movements, postures and breathing techniques in a relaxed and non-competitive environment.
Accessible to all bodies and all levels of experience, anyone can join in, from the complete beginner to the experienced yogi. Some classes include gentle partner Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork – for tight shoulders… nothing beats it!
