Morning Meditations

Prem Pravaswith Pravas

Each morning, Pravas will be leading an Early Morning Meditation.

The theme of each morning’s meditation is in alignment with the overall energetics of that day’s workshop program and so aside from being a yummy way to start the day, helps sink you and everyone else deeper into the transformative process that is The Joining.

FIRST MORNING – DYNAMIC MEDITATION
This is a powerful physically energetic process using chaotic breath, emotional release using voice and movement, mixed with silence and stillness with ecstatic dance to integrate.
This process allows you to safely release emotions that you have brought to The Joining so you commence the first day clear, cleansed and in a space allowing the various workshop gifts over the next few days.

SECOND MORNING – NO DIMENSIONS – SUFI DANCING AND WHIRLING
This is a simple powerful centering process using gentle repetitive movement followed by gentle whirling/ circling and stillness. The center reached can only be experienced – not described.

THIRD MORNING – NADABRAHAMA
A still sitting mediation listening to soft Tibetan bells followed by silence leads to inner bliss.
